Last month a rural migrant worker set fire on himself after he failed to collect 1000 yuan wage from the boss. He was sent to the hospital with promise from Yunnan and Shenzhen government for the hospital fee. After one month 700,000 yuan has been spent, the hospital is at the verge of bankruptcy and decided to sue the two local governments. Lui Xiaoyuan comments that the governments have moral responsibility to pay the hospital (zh).
