Is your rear view mirror stolen? What if you buy it back?: “So how does one handle the rear view mirror situation in Kigali? Well first, I ask the owner of the restaurant to ask his cooks whether they can’t buy the mirrors straight back from the thieves at a discount.”

rear view mirror, is one of minor case in Rwanda, Judges and military official are the “LAW” Take a good a example on how they collaborate to take Private Property.
Its “Smart” in Rwanda to start a case on a dead body, have brothers and sisters sue each other and make a rule that You should AUCTION your property. This is being done BY KAGAME REGIME today. who wins at the end. Paul Kagame’s Bother in-laws and other government official. You wonder why african regime hold on to power, simple so they can continue protect the stolen properties.. so is the mirrors and spare tires too.
Dear
There is a simple solution to your ”Mirror problem” in Kigali, just stamp your number plate on them like everyone else; in that case, no one will attempt to steal them since they will have a hard selling them. That is an old trick in Kigali. By the way, I am glad your only concern in Rwanda was “rear-view mirror”! “Welcome in the safest city in Africa”
