A communist propaganda. Russians want to vilify Ukraine in the world’s eyes. Do you think those Ukrainians are out of their minds to do that, when the only option to save the sovereignty is to join Europe? would they compromise themselves?? of course, NOT, NEVER! Ignorant and “blind” reporter just followed Putin’s propaganda. Instead of supporting young democracy, BBC is killing its chances to survive, unite and join Europe. Shame on you, BBC!!!

  • Shame indeed. We’ve had quite a discussion about it on For-ua:

Some irony here. Two years ago my own story about mistreatment of disabled orphans in Ukraine was pulled from the BBC community action site. Two years later it came out in Ukraine with the Kalinovka story. They didn’t reinstate what I wrote.

Ukraine suffered before and after the war, far more than any country on earth! You have just spit in the face of every person in Ukraine, as well as our ancestors! We fought the Germans till the war ended, and communists up until 1953. We have suffered Russian disinformation since then, and you are going to help them? We were NOT signatory to the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact – they were! They occupied many countries, just as Germany did and for longer! If you do not submit a complete retraction – as far as I’m concerned, you are complicit and therefor implicated!
